Are you Covid safe?

  • These days, this is a very important question and it deserves its spot at the top of this list. The truth is, our business fits perfectly into a Covid aware society by giving you a way to do your Christmas tree shopping at home. Please read more about how we’ll keep you safe.

How do I get to choose my tree?

  • Giving you the ability to choose your perfect tree is an important part of our service and you can do it right on your own doorstep. When we arrive we’ll present you with a selection of trees. The hardest part will be choosing just one!

What if I don’t see a tree I like from the selection you come with?

  • Technically it’s possible, but it hasn’t happened yet! Don’t worry though, we’ll gladly return with a fresh selection on another day that suits you, free of charge.

Does it cost extra to attach my stand for me and erect my tree?

  • It’s all included in the price of your tree. We’ll affix your stand, bring your tree inside and erect it wherever you choose. You can do this bit yourself of course, but who’d drive a car if it came with a free chauffeur?

I don’t have a stand and I forgot to order one with my tree

  • You can log in to your account and amend your order up to 2pm the day before your delivery is scheduled. Our tree stands are made of strong stuff and can be re-used next year. Just make sure you choose one big enough to suit your tree height.

How soon will my tree be delivered/removed?

  • To make sure you get the freshest trees, the earliest our delivery teams will get cracking is 20th November and we’ll start our recycling schedules on 3rd January. However, If you’re not placing your order until after these dates, it could be as soon as the next day!
  • If you need a Christmas tree before 20 November, you should contact us directly because we may still be able to help.

Something came up, can I change my delivery/removal date?

  • Of course! Simply log in to your account before 2pm on the day before its scheduled and update your options to a day that suits you better.

I need to make a change but my delivery/removal is due today!

  • Our online system can make any changes for you up to 2pm the day before your delivery/removal is scheduled. If something needs a last minute change though, then you should contact us directly instead.
